[Revisor-users] CD version post/pre steps on rpms are failing

I created a CD and DVD version.   The DVD version works flawlessly.   
The CD version however seems to fail on every pre and post step.

ie:
Installing NetworkManager - 1:0.6.5-7.fc7.i386
error: %post(NetworkManager-0.6.5-7.fc7.i386) scriptlet failed exit 
status 255

This is the only indication that something is going wrong.   After I do 
all 7 CD's and reboot it says os not found.  Mainly because half the 
core files are missing.

Any ideas to debug this?   Could it be a package order thing?  (ie 
installing bash/sh shell last or something like that?
