You're right there is no reason to base anything on a filename and it's 
bad practice to do so especially if the configuration files used are 
named by users. One could argue storing runtime configuration files in 
/var/lib/revisor or something and then use a standard generated naming 
convention but the way Arno suggested Revisor does anything with the 
name of the configuration file you specify doesn't make sense, at all.
