xorg-x11-fonts-base is in the suggested package list already; if it's 
available it will get selected, but if it's not, Revisor won't lose any 
sleep over it. If the error you are getting is that it is a required 
package, an update of Revisor should solve the problem.

You will need to exclude the following from updates(-testing) repositories:

yum yum-updatesd rpm-build rpm-libs rpm rpm-devel rpm-python rpmdevtools 
popt kyum
