You are right this is a huge error. We're trying to have one spec file
enable Revisor to be installed on either of these distributions/versions:
RHEL >= 5
CentOS >= 5
Fedora >= 7
Apparently though fedora-release Provides: redhat-release without a
version number.
A fix for this is in GIT now, disabling the conflict with redhat-release
< 5.
