I've got the same problem aswell.  Ran into problems with the last push into
fc7 and have been trying to update to git and see if that fixed anything.
I'm running a FC7 box and followed the steps on the wiki to build the rpms.
Then I just dumped them into my customrpm repo manually.

Installing:
 revisor-cobbler         noarch     2.0.5-1.fc7      customrepo        9.4 k

Downloading Packages:
Running rpm_check_debug
ERROR with rpm_check_debug vs depsolve:
Package revisor conflicts with redhat-release < 5.
