I am for deleting the RPMs. I'm not quite sure what Arno references as 
"cache" and how is that different from the rpm packages. And how does it 
play with Revisor. Assuming a "cache" is well a cache and it should be 
reused when performing similar operations then it makes sense not to 
delete it.
