[Revisor-users] missing swapon, swapoff, top, vmstat on install media

I built the disk.   Put it in my laptop.   Got the error just as it was 
about to format the drive.  So I did a CTRL-ALT-F3 with the error still 
on the screen.   type top, vmstat, swapon, swapoff.  none of them are 
there.

sh: which: command not found
sh-3.2# swapoff
sh: swapoff: command not found
sh-3.2# top
sh: top: command not found
sh-3.2# find . -name "swapoff"
